Make Reservations
The hotel room rate is $142.00 (plus taxes). Guest/travelers will be responsible for all guest room charges, incidentals (movies, room service, internet, etc.), and taxes. The hotel will require a credit card upon arrival to cover incidental charges.

Airfare
Travelers are expected to make their own travel arrangements. We recommend making reservations as soon as possible to obtain the lowest fare, and no later than three weeks prior to the regional meeting. The Charleston International Airport is the preferred airport.
Ground Transportation Options
The follow are transportation options available to and from the Charleston Place Hotel:
- Taxi/Shuttle Service – Located outside of baggage claim area of the airport. The meter fare for taxi departure from the Airport is $2.15 per loaded mile with no additional charge for the first two passengers. For each passenger in excess of two, a fee of $12.00 per passenger per trip will be charged.
- Rental Car – Rental car kiosk are located in the baggage claim area of the airport.
Driving Directions to Charleston Place Hotel
From Charleston International Airport and I-26 East
- Upon leaving the airport, follow signs to I-26 East - Charleston.
- Continue on I-26 East until you are within the city limits of Charleston.
- Proceed to the left lane as you approach the end of I-26 East.
- At the end of I-26 East, follow the far left exit (Meeting St./Visitor Center)
- At the traffic light turn right onto Meeting St.
- Continue on Meeting St. for approximately 1.2 miles.
- The hotel entrance will be on your right just past the intersection of Meeting St. and Hasell St.
