Airfare
Travelers are expected to make their own travel arrangements. We recommend making reservations as soon as possible to obtain the lowest fare, and no later than three weeks prior to the regional meeting. The Kansas City International Airport is the preferred airport.

Taxi Services
Taxis at Kansas City International Airport are made available through various taxi service telephones located at the baggage claim areas in each terminal and outside terminal exits. Taxis serving the airport are required to carry passengers to any requested location, regardless of journey length. Shared rates are available upon request of the first passenger, providing all other passengers agree.
Shuttle Bus Services
Numerous companies provide shuttle bus services to and from Kansas City and other cities in the states of Kansas and Missouri. These companies include, amongst many others, KCI Shuttle and KCI Roadrunner Express.

- Exit the airport onto I-29 South.
- Go approximately 18 miles, and merge onto US-71 South.
- Follow US-71 South for approximately 4 miles.
- Take the exit for Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd/Swope Parkway.
- Turn right on Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd.
- Go approximately 1.5 miles, and turn right on Main St.
- Proceed to 45th and Main St.
- The Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza main entrance will be on the right immediately after crossing 45th St.
