The hotel room rate is $120.00 (plus taxes). Guest/travelers will be responsible for all guest room charges, incidentals (movies, room service, internet, etc.), and taxes. The hotel will require a credit card upon arrival to cover incidental charges.

Airfare
Travelers are expected to make their own travel arrangements. We recommend making reservations as soon as possible to obtain the lowest fare, and no later than three weeks prior to the regional meeting. The Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is the preferred airport.

Scheduled Vans
